Richard Siegman was born in Southwestern Pennsylvania in 1949, studied art at Penn State University and has lived and worked as a painter and sculptor, and photographer in the Dupont Circle area of Washington DC since 1973.
In 1996 he established the Painting and Sculpture Studio (PASS), a gallery showcasing Washington artists creating abstract, minimal, pop, and conceptual art.
Richard Siegman's work has been shown in many area galleries, alternative art spaces, and local universities.
